It wasn't communicating well and often disconnected while my computer rested on the ground. I removed a star for that reason - there is now no room on my desk because my computer took up a significant space that I used to use for open files and I don't like that it can't rest next to my desk like my last 20 computers have.

Old keyboard/mouse combo was starting to skip key presses and mouse clicks. So I needed a simple replacement, nothing fancy. Fixed the issues I was having and keyboard does have soft key presses which I wasn’t sure about at the price point.

The mouse works fine, no issues, but there are times where I think the keyboard has gone to sleep and doesn't respond to keypresses. I'll flip the on-off switch, and most of the time that wakes it up, but not always on the first try. That said, the keyboard is comfortable to use for a hunt and peck user like me. Price was pretty good.

I like this one even better because of the "action" of the keys. It seems "softer," maybe more responsive, easier to use.

Great Keyboard and Mouse

I can't say the same for BestBuy as an organization. I applied for a BestBuy credit card and was declined for having One inquiring to many. That's disappointing. I have another credit card with Bank of America no issues there. BestBuy wants your money but doesn't want to extend credit to it's loyal customers. Thanks for allowing customer to air their concerns.
