Just plug in the dongle and everything worked and no cords. Highly recommend.

Easy Setup

Combined with our monitor, has turned our laptop into a desktop. Great purchase!

It runs on batteries, which is the only 'bad' thing I would say about it really, but I have had one for almost a year now and I have not had to change them yet! The mouse is simple and responsive with a nifty cover on the bottom for storing the dongle. All of that said, the #1 reason to buy this, or any other Logitech keyboard/mouse, the Dongle/receiver. Logitech has created a Unifying receiver app/technology that allows you to pair more than one device or device combo to one, or more than one. It really is an amazing feature!
