Best Buy's return policy is only 15 days. Keep that in mind when you order items. OR you can sign up for their Geek Squad protection which is 20.4% of the total value of the product. Either way you are paying extra for a poor product. Purchase this from Amazon, They can get it to you quicker and have a much better return policy and better protection prices.

If you have not already done so, I recommend running the “Firmware Update Tool” to ensure your USB receiver has the latest updates. For best performance, I recommend installing the “SetPoint” and “Options” software for customization. If you are still experiencing issues, you may want to run the “Unifying” software where you can reestablish the connection between the Mouse/Keyboard and USB receiver. Great keyboard for work.

It's too light and plain feeling for my taste, so it's been relegated to a backup device. With that said, I use this keyboard every single day for work. While it's nothing super fancy like an MX series, it IS very effective for the price. I like the built-in wrist rest, full num-pad, and calculator button. The things I would change would be putting the sleep button somewhere out of the way and not tied to a regular key (I regularly hit it by accident when taking a screenshot), allowing a direct Bluetooth connection and recharging via USB-C. Anything to get rid of a dongle and the need to replace batteries (even if it's like once every couple of years). I can also say from experience with a different product that Logitech provides EXCELLENT customer service.

I suspect there is a problem with quality control letting them ship without the dongle. I dont have phone service, and its impossible to get any response from anyone for service. Including best buy

Terrible keyboard

After a couple hours I gave up and packed it back up in the box. I never even tried the mouse.

Posted .Sounds like a button issue. Try cleaning the buttons/keys with compressed air. Also, unpair/re-pair or disconnect/reconnect the hardware and check if that helps. If the issue persists, reach out to Logi Support team for further assistance.

Few months and then it stopped working

Where is my keyboard?

Try downloading Logitech's Option software which you can use to customize settings and also insure that your unifying receiver is working properly running the latest driver.
