Need a wirelss keyboard with an ambidextrous mouse for a PC with multiple users? This may just be the most cost effective option from a reliable brand. Not much else to say; I'm less partial to the domed plastic key caps personally but for a shared PC this works excellently. Wouldn't recommend as a daily driver if you have a high WPM typing, 100% recommend for what we use it for which is largely presentations and launching automatic slideshows.

Given his needs, I figured a wireless bundle was going to work best, especially since it would allow him to plug the laptop into his TV for viewing and usage from anywhere in his basement. The mouse jumped out at me for its shape since he's right-handed, but uses the mouse with his left. As far as I know, the bundle has served him well thus far, and for the price point, it was a great buy.

It doesn’t lag behind my typing, which my previous wireless keyboards did frequently. The keystrokes are great, not sure how else to describe it, but it’s neither clicky or flat. It also doesn’t blow through batteries like all of my previous ones did.

I was hoping it’d be more like their wired one that is quieter and more “spongey” but it’s still not bad at all. I know they make one that’s better but I’m using it with a work laptop so it has to be plug and play, not Bluetooth or downloading software. Am still happy with the purchase tho!

Reviewed a number of options and decided to go with the MK540. Great choice! I love the fact that they work off the same USB adapter saving ports. Added the batteries, connected the USB adapter and it worked immediately. Keyboard is comfortable and the mouse has worked well. I like the on/off switch on both devices to save battery life when not being used.
