    I HAVE TO RETURN TO THE STORE BECAUSE I SENT A FEW EMAILS TO BEST BUY AND NONE OF THE WAS ANSWERED.THE PROBLEM WITH THIS KEYBOARD IS THA WHEN I'M WRITING IT STOPS CCONTINUOUSLY AND I DON'T KNOW HOW TO RESEST IT.

    Quit working after 4 months

    The keyboard and mouse worked fine for a few months, but started disconnecting and reconnecting intermittently after 4 months (and after the return window closed). The USB port was fine and when I used it with another wireless system, it worked fine.

    Probably the worst Mouse/keyboard combo on the market today. The mouse freezes up, is laggy and slow.... Would not recommend. You get what you pay for - GARBAGE

    Ghost keys didn’t take long to appear!

    Ghost keys in less than a week and half. The keys were sticking and it was a new keyboard!

    Keyboard issues

    Initially great, but 8 months later the keyboard is iffy. I’ve had several instances where it just stops responding. Batteries not the issue and the laptop drivers are up to date. Disappointing. :(

    logitech MK540 is junk

    It is so slow sometimes you have to wait for several seconds and sometimes mins. The mouse proforms just as bad.

    This is absolute trash! I have not even had 5 months and the keyboard won’t even turn on. The return policy is trash as well and only 30 days. Way to back up products Best Buy.

    The 36 month life ended up being a few days. Then the keyboard would intermittently stop responding. This is not one of the better products I've purchased from Logitech.

    DO NOT BUY! This was a Christmas gift and it's already doesn't work. Of course, only returnable until January 16, my loss. Hopefully this review will save someone else.

The Logitech “SetPoint” and “Options” software offer custom options and updates. If you have not already done so, please download the supporting software and I also recommend running the “Firmware Update Tool” to ensure your USB receiver has the latest updates.     Some of the buttons don’t work. Down arrow, shift, etc. Haven’t even had it a month yet. The more it’s used the more issues we are finding but it’s out of the return period.

    I should have read the reviews. This thing is something terrible. The connection barely works from 3 feet away. Installed the associated software from logitech and it still sucks.

    The keyboard is not responsive - or works only sporatically. It is driving me crazy. The mouse has a mind of its own. This has to go back.

    No matter what I did, neither the keyboard nor the mouse worked. Spoke to Geek Squad on the phone, they couldn't figure it out either.

    SO DISSAPOINTED. BOTH KYBD/MOUSE HAVE SEVERAL PROBLEMS, A 5 DOLLAR MOUSE OR KYBD OUTPREFORMS LOGI. ONE CLICK OF MOUSE CAN DELETE SEVERAL EMAILS. KYBD WILL DELETE WHOLE JOB FOR NO REASON. TERRIBLE

    After about 4-6 months the letters get scraped off & you have to write them back on with white or silver marker. This is an issues with all wireless keyboard

    Curbside pickup two weeks later, bought as combo with monitor, monitor delivered.Drive to store to get keyboard and mouse get home open at night no mouse!!!!!!!

      Hi, so sorry about the mouse missing in the MK540 you picked up. This should be a relatively easy fix, and a bit inconvenient with a return trip. Simply go back to the store and let them know that the mouse was missing and they should be able to get you another one. Again, deepest apologies for the inconvenience.

    Easy to use keyboard but there is a lag on the keyboard for it to display on my monitor. Lags is really annoying when typing
