    Placed order over the phone with Best Buy during Covid quarantine. Spent a long time with rep explaining my current equipment and desired set up and placed an order for the products he recommended. Sold me a windows keyboard and mouse for a MacBook. Needless to say, it doesn't work. Fighting with Best Buy to take it back. Will not shop with Best Buy again.

      Hello, I'm sorry to hear that you're having some issues with your MK540. Make sure the keyboard it turned on and the battery tab is fully removed (it can sometimes break off inside the device and not allow the keyboard to get power). If that doesn't work, I would recommend replacing the keyboards batteries with fresh ones. -Weston from Logitech.

Turn your computer on download the correct version of Logitech SetPoint Mouse and Keyboard Software.

    Cannot really review this product because I haven't been able to use it yet, but I will give it 2 stars because in the box there was no pairing receiver. Now I have to waste another trip to Best Buy to either get a receiver or exchange the box. A nuisance.

      Hello KimS. I'm sorry to hear that you're having some issues with your MK540 keyboard. I would recommend making sure the batteries are fresh inside the mouse and the keyboard, and possibly switching the USB dongle to a different or closer port on your computer. -Weston from Logitech.

    This keyboard and mouse sometimes works well, and sometimes doesn't. It almost feels like the keyboard needs to "wake up", so I first use the native Surface keyboard attachment, and then go back to this keyboard, and then only sometimes does it work. Very disappointed, and I think I am outside of the return timeframe too...
