    Mouse stopped working after 20 minutes and the keyboard after 4 days. Don’t waste your money

      Thank you for your feedback. Sorry you are having issues with your mouse. Here are possible solutions:
      If your mouse is not working, the problem is likely to be a lost connection. The connection between the mouse and Unifying USB receiver can be lost for several reasons. Make sure you have fresh batteries in your mouse and is turned on. Make sure the Unifying USB receiver is securely plugged directly into a working USB port on your computer. Turn your computer on. Finally, download the correct version of Logitech SetPoint mouse and keyboard software. If your keyboard is not working, the problem is likely to be a lost connection. The connection between the keyboard and the USB receiver can be lost for several reasons. Make sure you have fresh batteries in your keyboard. Make sure your keyboard is turned on. Make sure the USB receiver is securely plugged directly into a working USB port on your computer. Turn your computer on download the correct version of Logitech SetPoint Mouse and Keyboard Software.

    Nice design but the keyboard has delay signal. It's not helping you to be productive. Hope I can return the product.

    The mouse did not work immediately after plug in. The keyboard stop working 3 days afterward.

If you have not already done so, please download the Logitech "Options" software for customization. Please check your computer for system and driver updates. If you are still experiencing issues after these steps and restarting your computer, please run the "Connection Utility" software where you can reestablish a connection with the USB Nano receiver.     Several keys do not work right out of the package. Will need to return for a new one.

      Hello, I am sorry to hear one of the combos died on you. That is not a common issue, you may have received a defective device. This combo does come with a 1 year warranty through Logitech, so we can get that replaced for you.     The mouse works but the keyboard doesn't ! I will be returning this item when times are deemed as safe .

      Sorry to hear about the issue you're having with the keyboard not working. It could be a bug on the unifying receiver that could be easily fixed by visiting Logitech's product support website.     The product was missing the usb connector. It was not worth sending it back.

      Hello Phil, we are sorry to hear that the combo unit had a missing USB dongle. Before submitting a warranty ticket with us, we recommend double checking the package to see if you find the USB dongle. Next, also look in the battery compartment of both the keyboard and the mouse, the USB dongle will be located inside.
