Great for using with a laptop

Keyboard and mouse use the same single USB port for connectivity. Recommend using this with a laptop connected to a monitor. Since it's wireless you don't have to be concerned with the laptop location. Good feel to the keyboard and the mouse feels like every other mouse I've owned. Best Buy provided a bundle discount when purchasing with a monitor at the same time which adds to the value of this purchase.

When it needed to be replaced, I only looked for the same model. Not only was I used to it, it worked for me so I didn't want to get something inferior. I am very happy I could find the MK540. I am extremely happy with this product.

Great Combo

The keys are quiet when typing, the mouse only takes one AA battery instead of two, and the combo works great. It's a lightweight combo that goes well with my desk and other peripherals.

The mouse has good response time, is comfortable to manipulate, and is compact in size. I like the on/off switch on both and am happy that the keyboard also has an automatic shut off after a period of time. I have used this bundle everyday for about a month and am pleased with the quality, appearance, and price.

Installation/setup was a no-brainer. Have had no issues maneuvering the mouse. Keyboard has nice touch when pressing the keys. Even though understanding the functionality of the product is straightforward, it would have been nice if clear instructions/descriptions of the product were included.

It has been so long since I have used the number pad, so I'm thrilled! Not the best feel of buttons for a keyboard but good enough. All characters display when I type. Typing is relatively quiet, but not silent. Definitely not loud clicking noises, but a regular sound with each typing. Typing slower can make it quieter. Overall, glad I bought this product and I'm using it now and liking it a lot over using the laptop keys.

I had bought another keyboard and wasn't happy with it, and then I found this one, and all in all, it is very good. My only complaint is that it isn't backlit.

I didn’t have to change battery or anything for past year and I love the freedom of having no wires to my keyboard (I can take keyboard in my lap and work away from the computer screen if I’m typing something long). If you need keyboard and mouse connected to your computer/laptop with just one bluetooth receiver, this is the one.

The only thing I would like is the keyboard to be lit.
