    The Geek Squad support person was courteous and patient. He was able to determine the problem in a timely manner. His support in helping to determine the best option in replacing the keyboard was appreciated. He was more than willing to take time to answer all questions and to demonstrate some problem solving we could do on our own.

    It connected easily, although I wasn't happy giving up a USB port for it. The mouse works fine, no issues, but there are times where I think the keyboard has gone to sleep and doesn't respond to keypresses. I'll flip the on-off switch, and most of the time that wakes it up, but not always on the first try. That said, the keyboard is comfortable to use for a hunt and peck user like me. Price was pretty good.
