My grandkids are hard on keyboards.

I gave my last ones to my grandson. I have more than one PC set-up at home and I wanted to have the same keyboard and mouse because they work. The caps lock does light up and most keyboards don't anymore.

After a year, keyboard great ... mouse not so much

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have other Logitech products, and all have worked perfectly, so I tried these wireless combo. However, I have had issues with both the keyboard as well as mouse after a year of use. During the first few months, the keyboard only occasionally had problems communicating with the computer; however, whatever the problem was, I have had no issues with the keyboard for months. The mouse is a different story. The mouse worked perfectly for over 9 months. However, I have since had issues with the mouse. Trying to "select" multiple items (i.e. left-click-hold + drag + release ) has problems, as the "hold" part seems to not work and have have to tried 5 or 6 times before the procedure works. Similarly trying to increase or decrease the size of a window by dragging one of the corners; the "hold" seems to fail and end up doing odd things with the screen. This makes trying to work with PowerPoint almost impossible, as I have to keep moving objects around and the mouse behaviour makes this frustrating. If I could rate them separately, I would give the keyboard 5 stars and the mouse 1.
