Very glitchy keyboard and mouse

The mouse is less glitchy, but still occasionally lags. I have turned both keyboard off and on, replaced all of the batteries, and tried the USB receiver in several different USB ports, and it didn't make a difference. The keyboard and mouse themselves feel nice, and the keyboard has a good layout. It is just frustrating to use when it randomly drops letters, or inputs the same letter on repeat.

Posted .Hello, Very sorry to hear about the glitches you're experiencing with the MK540. You mentioned that you had tried different USB ports, but not if you they were directly connected with your computer. If you're using a hub, that could be the reason for the glitching. In an ideal environment, a Unifying mouse or keyboard can operate up to 30 feet (10 meters) away from the Unifying USB receiver (shown below) in a clear line of sight. If you're not getting this distance, try moving any devices that emit radio waves or could cause radio interference away from your work area (Examples: cell phones, radios, wireless routers, microwaves). If those suggestions don't work, you may need a firmware update which you can check using Logitech's Options software. I love this keyboard

Laggy. Not impressed

Both on movement and clicking. Essentially not useable for me. Maybe I got a bad one. I stopped using it and went back to wired.
