You really have to make sure that there is clear path from the mouse/key to the USB plug. Also, the mouse squeaks pretty bad.

Love this wireless keyboard

I Feel Deceived

The brochure does mention that, but I think it should be more transparent. The 3 stars are just because of that. The product however, is great!

Kinda cheap

Keyboard keys a different story. It much bounce to them. Keyboard is light so it moves some. But he's not a fast Tyler like me so I guess it'll be ok as he learns to type.

it's just okay

However I did end up returning it because I wasn't satisfied.

great at first then shift keys stopped working

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i enjoyed this keyboard at first and it setup fine. but after a week the shift keys and other keys on the number pad stopped working. even though the battery was still mostly charged, i tried putting in new batteries several times and it kept not working after about 30 minutes of use even though it was charged. i am going to return. the box says that there should be a 36-month keyboard battery life--i feel like all of the keys should work during that time. the mouse worked fine

Posted .That's unfortunate! Refer the mentioned steps and check if that helps to resolve the issue: 1. Verify the product or receiver is connected directly to the computer and not to a hub, extender, switch or something similar. 2. Move the device closer to the USB receiver. If your receiver is in the back of your computer, it may help to relocate the receiver to a front port. In some cases the receiver signal gets blocked by the computer case, causing a delay. 3. Keep other electrical wireless devices away from the USB receiver to avoid interference. 4. Try on a different computer. Incase if the issue still persists, reach out to Logitech Support Team.

Nice to have, but may look for better keyboard.

I've put my laptop on a stand, and needed a external keyboard and mouse. Do the job, mouse work great, but I still don't feel comfortable with the keyboard.

Posted .Hello customer, I'm sorry to hear you've been having some issues with your mk540 keyboard. I would recommend minimizing the obstructions between your keyboard and your receiver, and possibly think about moving the receiver to a usb port that is closer to the keyboard to minimize lag.
