    purchased to use with my Raspberry pi. it works sometimes. most of the time its like it goes to sleep almost immediately. have to move the mouse to wake it up. sometimes it took several seconds to work correctly. returned after three days.

    Keyboard is waaay oversized and is spotily unresponsive--- intermittently failing to type letters struck and especially not responding to the space bar.. Also, it was deleting text in the middle of what was being written (deleting the entire text, just returning the page to blank)--- not something that you want, if you are a writer and editor like I am, but also something you would not want in any usage. I replaced it with the keyboard for my HP & problems went away. The mouse seemed to be okay, but the keyboard and mouse are a set with only one USB receiver for the two. Even if the keyboard worked properly, it is oversized with, for some reason, a two inch span of blank plastic between the front edge and the keys.

    Cheap cost - cheap construction.

    I had to return this product due to its flimsy construction. The M310 mouse is great and works as expected, but the keyboard flexes when you type on it and it sounds like it is full of sand as every untouched key rattles as you type. Not at all ideal for a quiet office environment.

      Thank you for your feedback. Sorry you are having issues with your keyboard. Here are possible solutions:
      If your keyboard is not working, the problem is likely to be a lost connection. The connection between the keyboard and the USB receiver can be lost for several reasons. Make sure you have fresh batteries in your keyboard. Make sure your keyboard is turned on. Make sure the USB receiver is securely plugged directly into a working USB port on your computer. Turn your computer on download the correct version of Logitech SetPoint Mouse and Keyboard Software.

    I've been using the keyboard for the last two months and still can't type properly on it. It's just horrible. The general connectivity and battery-life are impressive and the mouse is just fine.

    I bought this keyboard hoping for an amazing experience but I was extremely disappointed. For anyone looking for a good keyboard, one of the most important factors is decent key travel, which seems to be lacking on many of the Logitech models. I have a Logitech keyboard and mouse combo I bought a while ago which has far more travel and is a joy to type. I cannot say the same for this one which was why I had to return it. Typing on it was just horrible. As for the mouse, this seems to be another huge problem with the "lower-end" keyboards. All of these mice are so tiny and unusable! Be aware of this because that was a complete turn off for me.

    This is a newer model I guess, but performs worse than an older model Logitech wireless keyboard & mouse set I bought at Wal-Mart about 3 years ago! I only sit about 5 feet away from my TV (monitor) for PC gaming.

    I was replacing one i had had so long the letters were no longer able to be seen, this one works great, it has a lower profile so easy on the wrist, rounded keys are very nice on the finger tips

    Bought this set and the mouse stopped working less than a year later. They keyboard still works great though! Disappointed half of the system works at this point.

      Hi, thank you for sharing your experience with the MK540. I'm sorry that the mouse has stopped working. When the battery on the mouse is changed it will sometimes effect its pairing to the Unifying Receiver. You can try and repair the mouse to the USB receiver by downloading the Unifying Software from here: https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025297913 You can follow the on screen prompts to add the mouse back to the receiver. You can also purchase a different mouse that is Unifying ready and add the mouse and keyboard to the same receiver so that they both operate off one USB receiver.
