Does not work with USB 3 devices

If you plug any other USB 3.0 or 3.1 devices unto PC at the same time, keyboard does not work. A quick search finds this to be a known problem.

Very loud keyboard!

I am not kidding. People are constantly asking about the noise whenever I am in a meeting and do some typing with the mic on. Everything else about the keyboard works fine.

Absolute trash

Their both fully up to date software wise. And im not far from my pc. But when im playing my game i cant even beat half of the creatures and bosses because the keyboard and mouse lag and become unresponsive ive lost alot of things on my game because of it.

Product missing usb receiver

I looked everywhere including the actual keyboard and mouse as well as the packaging. And due to the 15 day return policy I'm unable to exchange. I really would just like the usb piece that was supposed to be included.

Spent a long time with rep explaining my current equipment and desired set up and placed an order for the products he recommended. Sold me a windows keyboard and mouse for a MacBook. Needless to say, it doesn't work. Fighting with Best Buy to take it back. Will not shop with Best Buy again.

Disappointed

Now I have to waste another trip to Best Buy to either get a receiver or exchange the box. A nuisance.

Posted .Hello, I'm sorry to hear that you're having some issues with your MK540. Make sure the keyboard it turned on and the battery tab is fully removed (it can sometimes break off inside the device and not allow the keyboard to get power). If that doesn't work, I would recommend replacing the keyboards batteries with fresh ones. -Weston from Logitech.

If your keyboard is not working, the problem is likely to be a lost connection. The connection between the keyboard and the USB receiver can be lost for several reasons. Make sure you have fresh batteries in your keyboard. Make sure your keyboard is turned on. Make sure the USB receiver is securely plugged directly into a working USB port on your computer. Turn your computer on download the correct version of Logitech SetPoint Mouse and Keyboard Software.
