Awful Connection

The connection barely works from 3 feet away. Installed the associated software from logitech and it still sucks.

MOUSE IS DEFECTIVE, KEYBOARD POOR

Lags often on PC

Posted .Hi, so sorry about the mouse missing in the MK540 you picked up. This should be a relatively easy fix, and a bit inconvenient with a return trip. Simply go back to the store and let them know that the mouse was missing and they should be able to get you another one. Again, deepest apologies for the inconvenience.

Bad Keyboard and mouse.

Only good for a year!

Here is the link in order to do that: https://download01.logi.com/web/ftp/pub/techsupport/keyboards/FirmwareUpdateTool_1.2.169_x64.exe. If that does not work, you may have gotten a defective unit. Posted .Hello, I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having with this combo. There are a few things you can try to get it working. First, update the drivers on your computer for this device. Those can be found on the support page for this device on the Logitech website. Second, you may need to do a firmware update as well. This can be found in the same spot as the drivers download. Didn't Work
