Stopped Working

Thank you for taking the time to write this review and thank you for choosing Logitech. I am sorry that you have experienced a connectivity issue with the keyboard; I would like to help. I have attached a link to the “Getting Started” support page for the MK540 mouse and keyboard combo. There is a downloads tab at the left side of this page and at the top. If you have not already done so I recommend downloading the Logitech “Options” software for customization and for troubleshooting tools. I recommend running the “Firmware Update Tool” to ensure the USB receiver has the latest updated. If you are still experiencing issues after these steps and a computer restart, the “Unifying Software is available in the downloads tab at the top of the page. The “Unifying software will allow you to reestablish the connection between the keyboard and USB receiver. If you need any further assistance, please contact Logitech support through this link and you can also follow up with submitting a warranty claim if the issue is not resolved. The MK540 comes with a 1-Year Limited Hardware Warranty.

USB Dongle not included

Posted .Hello. The USB Receiver is found in the cardboard packaging. Sometimes it is easy to miss. If you still have the box, please check again. Not very good

I am sorry that your new Logitech mouse and keyboard combo is not working as expected. I suggest you do a firmware update; performing a firmware update will fix any connectivity issues. Didn’t work

Don’t waste your money or time

Thank you for your feedback. Sorry you are having issues with your mouse. Here are possible solutions:
If your mouse is not working, the problem is likely to be a lost connection. The connection between the mouse and Unifying USB receiver can be lost for several reasons. Make sure you have fresh batteries in your mouse and is turned on. Make sure the Unifying USB receiver is securely plugged directly into a working USB port on your computer. Turn your computer on. Finally, download the correct version of Logitech SetPoint mouse and keyboard software. If your keyboard is not working, the problem is likely to be a lost connection. The connection between the keyboard and the USB receiver can be lost for several reasons. Make sure you have fresh batteries in your keyboard. Make sure your keyboard is turned on. Make sure the USB receiver is securely plugged directly into a working USB port on your computer. Turn your computer on download the correct version of Logitech SetPoint Mouse and Keyboard Software.

Never used it !

It could be a bug on the unifying receiver that could be easily fixed by visiting Logitech's product support website.
