    The product was missing the usb connector. It was not worth sending it back.

      Hello Phil, we are sorry to hear that the combo unit had a missing USB dongle. Before submitting a warranty ticket with us, we recommend double checking the package to see if you find the USB dongle. Next, also look in the battery compartment of both the keyboard and the mouse, the USB dongle will be located inside. If the dongle still doesn't pop up, I'll have the warranty link at the end of this message.
