Originally was ordering a monitor but was notified I would "qualify" for a promotion on this item. The price would drop from 56$(estimate) to $26(estimated). So I decided yes, and ordered it online and I came to pick it up. Once I got this mouse and keyboard home. I come to find out that THE MAIN item needed to connect all mouse/keyboard combo is missing. The "unifying receiver" !! I was questioning to why I did not receive paper instructions on how to connect to my computer, makes sense this seems to me as a returned/re-packaged item.

This wireless unit is not worth the lag time when typing. I have change batteries serval times thinking that was the problem. Paying almost $50, this should not happen. Very disappointed!

Works great but the non-standard keyboard is driving me nuts. My last three keyboards all had Alt-Windows-Menu-Ctrl keys to the right of the space bar. This one has Alt-fn-Ctrl keys (and the fn key doesn't even do anything). Frustrating!

The Logitech MK540 keyboard if a great improvement over the wired in keyboard given by Dell or another unnamed keyboard which I cannot stand. I really like the pin light on the caps lock button, this something which really helps when trying to know if the caps are on or off. Another great improvement is the width and height of the keyboard which is really helpful when you have large hands and fingers like I do. CON: The mouse has a problem with the plug in to the computer part that lets you write on screen. ( Sorry forgot the correct name) but it constantly needs to be unplugged and repluged in order for the mouse to work . I will be taking the unit back to best buy and replace with another same unit. Overall it's a good buy when it's on sale.

Also, good value and a good price when you consider the capabilities. Good choice if you want a matching wireless mouse as well, this was all included. This is my first completely wireless keyboard and mouse and they do not disappoint. Ease of use with the one USB connector, thought I was missing one before I realized they both connect via the one import. Keyboard is real smooth and feels great to type with. Mouse is large enough that it doesn't feel weird like some of those other small wireless mouses. Got this on a hot deal too so if you see this on-sale and you're in the market for a good combo kit, definitely consider this one.

This keyboard is one I purchased for work a few years ago and I'm still on the original batteries for the keyboard and changed out the batteries on the mouse six months ago. A great keyboard with a sleek look and durable, I liked the keyboard so much I purchased one when I got a new laptop, what I really like about the keyboard and mouse that it is easy to clean with a little air sprayer and a Clorox Wipe which it keeps it looking brand new.
