Needed a cheap but decent quality wireless mouse/keyboard combo for my work from home setup and together this was the same price as some of the keyboards.

In practice, I have to type more carefully to avoid sloppy typos and might prefer sharper, more cube-like key shapes. I did have an occasional problem that might be mouse-related: Every week or two the curser would disappear from my screen during a work session and the mouse became inactive. I would have to turn the computer off at the power button, then turn the power back on for a reboot and the curser returned with everything else. Fortunately this hasn't happened again in the last month. The mouse itself is very comfortable and the wireless feature is very convenient.

This one performs admirably at a reasonable price. An average keyboard will not work because of the big coffee table.

One USB is used for both the keyboard and mouse, freeing up an extra USB port. Just plug in the USB and turn the mouse and keyboard on and you're good to go!
