Comfortable But the Keys Are Too Close Together

I usually type looking at the keyboard and when I looked at the screen I found several letters missing on the screen.

I've used one for several years. The only problem is that I keep wearing them out! The mouse is comfortable to your hand.

Annoying lag time but will do for now

I can't give it 5 stars because it does have an annoying lag time when typing. But can't seem to find a different one with same ergonomics.

Posted .Hello, BusyBeeNP! I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing lag with your MK550 combo. I would recommend downloading our Firmware Update Tool, to see if it may need an update. If this doesn't work, I would then recommend downloading our Unifying software to un-pair and re-pair your MK550 to the receiver. Great keyboard, love the nano receiver

There is a very nice, tactile response and the positioning and angles feel good on my hands. Mouse is very nice to.
