Started out great, 1 year in, it now lags

It was working great until about two months ago - now, there's a frequent lag between the keyboard and what I type (taking seconds to appear on screen, or at times, only half of what I've typed appears). Mouse will randomly freeze, disappear or lag. Often have to disconnect from USB and re-plug in (it seems to reset it for a brief period, but then some of the same issues). 14 months seems too short of a timeframe to start having such issues. Will search online help sites to see if there are any tips.

Other than that, it works as expected.

Nice but large

I prefer the other keyboard layout for daily use, but the connectivity is strong and stable. Lots of our other users prefer this layout and the curve for ergonomics, it is just not my style.
