    Wireless keyboard and mouse would not work with my desktop. New batteries were placed in each device, and still would not work. Returned the item, and was informed by Best Buy that it could of been a bad keyboard and mouse. Geek Squad tech's over the phone could not assist. The other problem is, why are both keyboard and mouse left with the on buttons on? Appointment required to see why this type of wireless system will not work on a desk top,
