    The keyboard lasted less than 6 months with everyday usage. Keystrokes for several different letters stopped working. The mouse still works. Pricey for trash.

      We apologize for the troublesome experience you had with the MK550 keyboard. Try cleaning the buttons/keys with compressed air. Also, unpair/re-pair or disconnect/reconnect the hardware and check if that helps. If the issue persists, reach out to Logi Support team for further assistance.

    mouse works fine with a little latency. The keyboard was almost useless. wouldn't connect at all at first. working better now but you literally have to watch every keystroke to make sure it was seen by the computer. Not a high quality wireless system.

    Best Buy sold me the wrong computer 2 years ago. Has been serviced 7 times and still doesn’t work right. Best Buy will not make this right. Never buy from here again

    Keyboard was returned. Didn't keep up with typing, if it typed at all, also may or may not tab across. Definitely don't recommend this keyboard.

    This keyboard is not what you would want. It doesn't have any lights on it, to include the caps lock. Major design flaw. It can do everything, power up/down my PC, change Windows etc but it can't tell me when the caps locks is on.

    I'm giving this product a three star review because I had to return it due to what appeared to be faulty workmanship. This maker has a reputation for being an industry leader, so I'm going to think that I just got a defective product.

    I bought this literally 14 days short of a yr ago. I woek deon home. Keyboard is horrible already broken you cant even letters on the keys anymore either

    This is the worst wireless keyboard/mouse combo that I have every used. I have other Logitech wireless keyboard/mouse combos that have worked extremely well and never had a problem with batteries. In fact the one I'm using right now has only had the batteries changed once in two years. I got so frustrated with the MK550 that it ended up in the trash.

    This keyboard is NOT worth the money. It lags - bad. You press keys and there is always a delay. NO, its not the batteries because I put brand new EnergizerMAX batteries in this thing and it still stinks! I've had better, cheaper keyboard and mouse combos. I wish my husband did not accidentally throw out the box or I would return it.

      Hello Amventurini1981! Sorry to hear you're having issues with the keyboard in your MK550 Ergonomic Full-size Wireless Alkaline Wave Keyboard and Mouse Bundle. The K350 Wireless Keyboard should normally be a direct hit between what you press on the keyboard and what appears on screen. I would suggest checking if there's anything in between the keyboard and the Unifying Receiver that could break up the signal possibly. Also make sure that the Unifying Receiver is plugged into a USB port that's close to the keyboard (i.e. a front or top USB port on the tower, not at the back). And lastly, keep the Unifying Receiver away from any Router if possible, to avoid signal breaks. The other thing you could try possibly is re-doing the pairing between the Unifying Receiver and the K350 keyboard. To do so, download and install the Logitech Unifying Software https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025297913-Logitech-Unifying-Software, and follow the steps to remove the K350 from it, and re-sync the keyboard to the Receiver right after. - Mathieu from Logitech

    While functional, the keys are a bit... sticky. They feel cheap, stiff, and can sometimes not register if I press them off-center. Still, it's good as a backup.

    I bought the wireless keyboard/mouse for my main computer. The keyboard did not work properly, there was no operating manual, went to the website that wasn't much help, so I returned it. I didn't feel like doing a lot of work to get it to work properly.

    its been working great for the first 3 months. and now i'm having trouble with the mouse. i've changed the batteries several times and i have to hit the mouse in order for it to move again. not good logitech. i expected more.
