Didn't fit my needs.

There is a significant delay from when I type on the keyboard to when the computer recognizes it... if it recognizes it at all. I plan on taking it back and getting something else.

Failure

Within 2 weeks' one of the legs shattered on the keyboard, now within 6 months the right-hand side of the mouse stopped working. I have had Microsoft products before which had lasted more than 2 years, and this product has failed within 6 months.

Logitech- MK 550 Wireless Wave Keyboard and mouse

I didn't returned because I threw away the box as soon as I installed, I threw the box away because I believed in the product. . When I realized the problem, it was way to late for me to recover the box to returned.

Too loud

But SOOOOO loud! I’m searching for a quiet keyboard and I have no clue how this came up in a search! Mouse feels great and scrolls smoothly but too loud and no way I could type on calls with it. Will have to return it! :(

Constantly locks up

Disappointing quality and buggy software

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this set to replace an identical set, which after years of great service, the writing on the keys has all but disappeared. I could not have been any more disappointed in the quality of the new set. A couple of keys are already not working as well (like a hard press e for example). To make things worse is the software to control the settings for the set. So confusing. You download one part, but then it tells you that it does not work with the mouse and you need a different one. Let's say in summary that I have switched back to the old mouse because the new mouse was so bad and I am seriously contemplating taking the key covers out of the new keyboard and moving them to the old one. Does that tell you enough about the quality of this set? I have been a big Logitech fan for years, but the quality of the new set is disappointing.

Thank you for choosing Logitech and for taking the time to review the MK550 mouse and keyboard combo. I am sorry that you have experienced issues with your new combo; I would like to help. If you have not already done so, I recommend running the “Firmware Update Tool” to ensure your USB receiver has the latest updates. If you are still experiencing issues you may want to run the “Unifying” software, where you can reestablish the connection of the mouse and keyboard to the Unifying receiver. Up to 6 Unifying devices can be paired to any Logitech Unifying USB receiver. I have attached a link to the “getting Started” support page for your MK550 where you can find product guides, downloads and further support if you are still experiencing issues.
