It is not as ergonic as I thought, it is good but my husband uses it. I thought it would be more raised but it is flat wave.

This is the second one I bought. The design is nice and comfortable.

The mouse is perhaps the worst thing to hit the market, ever. It is so unresponsive that it may do something by next week, this is with several different mouse pads and new batteries. The entire unit(keyboard and mouse) just plain feels cheap. I think that I will just stay with the old one and pray that it will work with Windows 10 as Logitech has missed the boat with this product and perhaps even the ocean. If you are thinking of buying this one just consider one thing; Why is it now so low in price and what are they not telling people? Again, do your self a favor, go else where!!!!!!!!!

The one thing I do not like about this keyboard is that you can be typing and it will just go back to the beginning of where you were typing. It also starts shacking and the only way to get it to stop is to hit the ESC key.

Much easier to use than my previous keyboard. I like it.

It seemed to work out of the box, (though no disc incl. as in list of items supposedly in box) until I hit "sleep button" (upper right corner). Computer shut down, could not wake it by any normal means incl. on/off switch, moving mouse, keyboard keys, NADA. Called Best Buy, they tried unsuccessfully, then gave me 800# of Logitech support. Turns out that number is no longer and I was told to go online. Kinda hard without being able to use the computer. two hours wasted. Couldn't find anything pertinent on website. Bad experience.

Be careful if you are going to buy this keyboard. I never used all the bells and whistles and now only a year and half later the space bar and some of the keys stick. Nothing falls out when I shake it and I sprayed it with compressed gas and that failed to produce results. I don't eat near my computer so I don't understand why it has started to stick.

Everything was great until my first keyboard died after about 2 months. The battery LED kept blinking red and green. Their tech support said it was a known issue and sent me a replacement. They were pretty good to work with, but it took 8 calendar days from my first contact with their tech support until I received my replacement. Luckily I had an old spare keyboard around. I had the new one for only 2 weeks before it did the same thing. I have replaced it with a different brand.

We have two of these at our organization (1 from 3 years ago and 1 brand new within the last month) and both exhibit interference at 2 different locations of our building. The mouse pointer would not move where the user moved it and would randomly pickup a mouse click which would end up highlighting items on the computer. Maybe for the home user these would be great, but with so many wireless signals and RF signals being generated at business's this would not be a good option.

I have several Logitect products, so I was surprised when this turned out to be such a disappointment. I had to hammer on the keys to get any type of response. The keyboard would frequently lag and keystrokes would not appear on screen for 2-3 seconds. Battery dies twice in an item that Logitech stated would never need a replacement battery. Frequently lost communication with the computer and had to be reset. Very disappointing.

Missing the fuab so can not set it up. It was no where in the box or anywhere.

I bought this computer last night and I highly regret it now. The looks and feel of the keyboard are excellent, but the mouse is very laggy and sometimes the keyboard won't type. I plan on returning this combo and I would not advise anyone to get it.

The keyboard is excellent in all respects except for one; IT KEEPS LAGGING AND NOT REGISTERING MY KEY PRESSES. Do not buy this keyboard if you are a video gamer as you will be stuck in a spot for 5 seconds very often and thus will be unhappy!

No light or indicator for when caps lock is on. The only option is to have something pop up on screen to let you know caps lock is on or you can turn audio on and here a sound to indicate caps lock. I really don't understand how a keyboard doesn't have an indicator light for caps lock.

The lettering wears off the keys. Otherwise it works, you just can't see the keys.

Logitech mouse took a and customer service did worse! No, I wouldn't recommend Logitech to anyone.

key board does not have any value to me. It takes up to much space. wasted my money.

My product is basically unusable. I assume it's a connection issue because both the keyboard and mouse just refuse to respond/freeze up. I've tried new batteries and reconnecting which solved nothing. Neither did uninstalling all the Logitech software and redownloading. Attempted to file a warranty claim via the website link posted to other answers but ended up in a frustrating will goose chase around the website and just gave up. Never had issues with Logitech products before so I guess I'll just buy another one and hope for the best.

Overall it has been a good purchase but i've only had it about a year and the letters and numbers are wearing off.
