I had absolutely no problem with loading and programming the new keyboard. Usage is great. The mouse is larger than what I have been using so it is more comfortable. Wireless is the only way to use today's accessories. Would recommend to anyone.

the Logitech MK550 wireless wave keyboard is excelient, and is the best one I have had, the mouse is also very sweet. It has everything you could want, and the cushioned contoured palm rest is great and I would buy it again, so nice.

I bought this for my home office. Much better than using laptop keyboard. Good quality product too!

On all my wireless keyboards and mouses I always connect the wireless connector to the USB in the back from the motherboard. Well, when I bought this for my mom she kept complaining about the connectivity and hated it! Well, I did research for multiple hours and came to the conclusion that there is a bunch of interference of signals that the motherboard throws off. So when the connector is attached to the back it is fighting the motherboard on signals. So when you use the USB extender it removes the interfering waves and the products work flawlessly. I've since done this to all my wireless peripherals and haven't had one single problem after doing it.

On my computer for work 10 hours a day. Key board is very comfortable and feels more natural. As for the mouse, can express how nice it is to program favorites (websites, programs) to the controls for a quick click to start program!

Great keyboard. I have this keyboard for when I work from home and in the office.

I have used keyboards for 45 years and this is the one I really enjoy typing on.

Ergonomic design is much more comfortable on my hands and wrists.

Logitech always offers, Excellent products, great price and value

At work I use Microsoft natural Ergonimic keyboard 4000 and I needed something for my home office computer. I wasn't sure I was going to like the Logitech MK550 because its not shaped like the Microsoft at work but....this is turned out to be a nice surprise. It feels really good and not bad for the price. I would recommend this keyboard to others looking for another alternative from the regular keyboards.

Great product, how ever if the cap lock is on it doesn’t show on the keyboard, or have the light to let you know.

Purchased this item to replace my old Logitech keyboard and mouse. I was very pleased with the old one, so buying a new Logitech device made sense. It works as reliably as my old one.

This has been one of my favorite keyboard/mouse setups for a while. It truly is ergonomic and can be bought as a combo for an affordable price. Haven't had any connection issues within a reasonable distance from the receiver. Would recommend to those looking to use for their home office set up who want to enjoy a little more comfort at their work station.

I have tried a few keyboards looking for the right one, I finally found one that fits all my needs. Awesome keyboard and mouse with lots of extra features, great button feel and quick access to all your media needs at the push of a button.

Keyboard is very quiet and very responsive to the slightest touch. Conforms to natural way hands lay on a keyboard so typo errors are almost nonexistant. Can actually type faster with this keyboard than with a traditional keyboard. Love it.

Nice form factor and love the mouse as it fits perfectly in the hands.
