I had absolutely no problem with loading and programming the new keyboard. Usage is great. The mouse is larger than what I have been using so it is more comfortable. Wireless is the only way to use today's accessories. Would recommend to anyone.

the Logitech MK550 wireless wave keyboard is excelient, and is the best one I have had, the mouse is also very sweet. It has everything you could want, and the cushioned contoured palm rest is great and I would buy it again, so nice.

On all my wireless keyboards and mouses I always connect the wireless connector to the USB in the back from the motherboard. Well, when I bought this for my mom she kept complaining about the connectivity and hated it! Well, I did research for multiple hours and came to the conclusion that there is a bunch of interference of signals that the motherboard throws off. So when the connector is attached to the back it is fighting the motherboard on signals. So when you use the USB extender it removes the interfering waves and the products work flawlessly. I've since done this to all my wireless peripherals and haven't had one single problem after doing it.

On my computer for work 10 hours a day. Key board is very comfortable and feels more natural. As for the mouse, can express how nice it is to program favorites (websites, programs) to the controls for a quick click to start program!

Purchased this item to replace my old Logitech keyboard and mouse. I was very pleased with the old one, so buying a new Logitech device made sense. It works as reliably as my old one.

Excellent keyboard and mouse! The ergonomic keyboard and mouse makes it easier for longer use.

I'm used to the Microsoft ergo keyboard and this is a decent substitute. It isn't quite as curved and I miss the highly tactile keys of the Microsoft... These are something between an old school key and a laptop key. I love that it's wireless. Very easy to just plug in and use. I've been using it for about a month and have not had to change the batteries yet.

I have been looking for a wireless combo pack for a while. This is the best product for the price I have tried. No issues with response / wireless connection. Battery life incredible

I have tried a few keyboards looking for the right one, I finally found one that fits all my needs. Awesome keyboard and mouse with lots of extra features, great button feel and quick access to all your media needs at the push of a button.

Keyboard is very quiet and very responsive to the slightest touch. Conforms to natural way hands lay on a keyboard so typo errors are almost nonexistant. Can actually type faster with this keyboard than with a traditional keyboard. Love it.

Works well for the price. My gf lives the ergonomic layout.

I have only one complaint -- I wish there was a light that lit when CAPS LOCK is on. I don't always have sound on so the high and low beep do not always work for me. Size: perfect. Shape: perfect Ease of use: perfect

The keyboard and mouse is integrated and was super easy to set up with Windows 7, nothing was required, It was also very easy to sync up another Logitech mouse from a previous set I had to be able to use larger mouse with the new keyboard.
