    Replaced an older MK700 model due to frequent delays, drop-outs, etc. Newer model 710 uses 2.4GHz technology. I haven't had a single delay so far. Keys respond smooth and reliably. Mouse tracks well on desk with wood grain pattern. Everything is working well.

    When I first got the keyboard I was happy enough. Then had to use the ompurter elsewhere. When I reconnennectex the computer to wireless keyboard I got nothing. Batteries were fine so I am frustrated. This is my second identical keyboard bu I don't need a third strike. I am out of this system

    got it home tried to hook it up to me hp computer but it would not work correctly or at all. ended up throwing it in the trash because it wasnt worth the 2 hour drive back to the store. went and got the k350 and that one works just fine. the mk710 keyboard did not work at all ... the mouse worked sparatticly and was super difficult to control i dont know it was just an incompatable with my HPor what but it was just trash. never had a problem like that with anything from logitec. it wasnt a driver issue i used the wired up keyboard and downloaded the hp driver thingy and it still would not work

      Hello customer, I'm sorry to hear that you had some issues with your MK710 keyboard and mouse combo. That device should be plug and play, so it's strange that the keyboard isn't working at all. I would suggest a few things; first, make sure the batteries are seated properly, and that the battery tab was removed fully from the battery compartment. Second, try using a different USB port on your computer, perhaps one closer to the device with less objects in the way, such as speakers and monitors. If both of them fail, try switching out the batteries with a fresh set, as sometimes the batteries can be dead on arrival.

    Although I love Logitech products I bought this to replace a similar older key board that I wore the letters off. After bringing the product to the office I realized the mouse was not as comfortable as the previous one. That said I returned it for the K800 kit and are extremely happy.

    Replaced my previous wireless USB keyboard and mouse with this Logitech combo. I appreciate the single USB dongle. Only downside is the software for advanced optional functions is not intuitive, in in some cases, inoperable.
