    Sporadic connection

My review and rating is primarilyprimarily based on use of the keyboard in this mouse/keyboard combo. The mouse seems to work OK. But the keyboard is awful. It constantly loses connection even on full battery so you are unable to enter any input using the keyboard. After a few seconds your inputs catch up. This is even with the keyboard only a couple feet from the receptor. Logitech needs to fix this issue in order to consider this keyboard a reliable product. All the bells and whistles are for naught if you can't even type or use the keyboard for basic inputs, especially when gaming.

Logitech Mouse Went Out, Poor Support

These keyboards are nice. I still have one that works, but I bought two, one for a system in my room and one for one in my office. It was the mouse on one that went out. Brand new Duracell and/or Energizer batteries would last days instead of a year or more. Granted it didn't go out right away, but the Logitech warranty was supposed to still be place, but they did nothing, even though I have many items from them, including expensive Web cams.

    Defective Mouse

I bought one of these for one computer, then another for a second computer. The moue began using up batteries like there was no tomorrow. A battery'd last about a week. I contacted Logitech about it, and they didn't address the problem. To make a long story short, I'm having to us the old mouse from an Mk710 keyboard set with the new Mk710 keyboard. Logitech needs to improve its warranty service!

    Great keyboard layout, horrible performance

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

At first sit, the keyboard is fantastic - great layout, window showing caps lock and number lock status is convenient, volume and mute controls well placed, etc. However, both keyboard and mouse stopped working properly after less than a year - keyboard strokes don't register and I find myself double-triple tapping keys for input. Mouse has completely taken a dump and won't click because the top panels have distorted and one catches on the other. Look and feel when new: 5 stars. Quality control and performance after just a few months: 0 stars. Will go back to Microsoft because I need my stuff to work.

    Mouse not worthy!!

At work I use my mouse and key board all day long (I draw on auto cad). For what I do, the mouse is useless to me, it scrolls way to fast and the scroll button is very touchy. If i could i would keep the keyboard and send the mouse back but instead I will be taking the entire thing back and looking for something else to buy.

    Expected better from Logitech

Very disappointed. I have been purchasing their products for years. Purchased this combo on 3/20/21 and some of the letters are gone after a few months of use. I tried contacting Logitech support and based on the answers to similar problems they will not do anything about this because it is not an electrical or mechanical problems. It seems to be a common problem in this and other Logitech products. Do not buy this product.

I bought this for my wife wanting a keyboard that would tell her when cap lock was on. when plugged in the led area showing status was very dim, sent email to tech support, thats been 4 days ago still no answer. also had a problem with connection with dongle and mouse kept cutting out. tried several different options and it just plain doesnt work. when returned to best buy was told this was not the first one returned for the same problem. with that said dont buy this model to many problems and no tech support.

    cheap, clunky, basically total junk

I have used the 710 for years and years. Recently purchasing another 710 to replace a broken one. This new one is of much lower quality than all the previous ones. Logitech has apparently drastically reduced the quality of their products. Buying a new keyboard used to be a joy and now I just wasted $70 on a cheap clunky keyboard that is reminiscent of a keyboard from the 1970's.

I don't even have the keyboard and even I am turned off by the countless reviews that talk about how great it is but how the letters wear off. it is in essence an disposable keyboard.

Don't buy! The combo is no longer the same - the quality has gone way down. The set I bought a few days ago is not the same quality as the one I got two years ago. So very disappointed!

    Device not found

I bought this keyboard/mouse as it is one of the few which shows caps lock and num lock indicators (besides, it was on sale). When I inserted the USB plug into computer, Windows would never recognize the device. Checked Logitech website, downloaded software but still wouldn't detect USB. Returning, but will probably try another. Maybe just a bad USB.

    Poor design

This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

The problem I have with the keyboard is that the padded section is almost at the same level as the space key. The knuckle on my thumb strikes the padded section first and makes it so that the space key is not pushed down far enough. I finally replaced the keyboard because of the poor design.
