I have to spend about 10 minutes getting it to reconnect every time, and it drops both the mouse and keyboard at the same time. I tried it with a different computer, and it is the same problem.

I bought the Logitech MK850 unit because it looked similar to the unit I was replacing. I couldn't get the keys to modify to match the old unit so I called the Geek Squad. The man who came out said this unit not that I should have purchased. He did a good job of setting up the "F" keys but it is the wrong unit for my system. However, he didn't think I could bring it back and exchange for the unit that I should have. I feel the service in the store was less than satisfactory.
