I was mistaken. Right from the start I had connection issues. Did updates etc. and got it connected but it kept losing connection and then reconnecting. Obviously that is not good. Returned.

Keys are too hard to press

I find my self going back a lot to add a space because I didnt apply enough pressure to the keyboard. I like the layout, functionality and design, but would not recommend due to the force you must apply while typing.

I purchased it through Logitech and it is great ergonomically but what good is a keyboard that is ergonomically great, if it disconnects and it unreliable. It also has a delay when typing. VERY FRUSTRATING. I purchased for the wonderful features but they are useless. They either disconnect or don't connect at all.

No Print Screen Button!

It is missing the "Print screen" key and requires the user to type "fn" + "alt" + "insert" in order to print screen. Much easier to just click on a "print screen" button. I would NOT recommend this product. It is not the most comfortable keyboard either.

For some reason, my laptop will not recognize the USB for the keyboard. (it has been a long enough period of time, and it should have recognize it by now. When I first connected, it worked wonderfully. It may be my desktop computer that is causing the issue. I am still trying to track down what is going down.

I have attached a link to the "Getting Started" guide for your MK850 combo. This keyboard and mouse can connect to up to 3 devices via USB or Bluetooth. Please check that the assigned input device is selected. The Unifying Software can be used to reestablish a connection. If you have not already done so, I recommend downloading the "Options" software for customization and best performance. Please visit the Logitech website for further support.

The problems get worse over time until the set becomes completely unusable - of course just outside the warranty or return period. Tried all the online suggestions to fix the problems, to no avail. Just a waste of time. Stunning that a legacy company like Logitech still can't figure out how to make a wireless mouse and keyboard that actually works as advertised. I don't know why I keep giving them more chances. Going to use a wired setup from here on.
