    Nice alternative to Apple keyboard and mouse

    I use this on both Dell laptop and MacBook pro. Works well for both except can't seem to use Bluetooth for the MacBook so had to plug in the USB.

    Perpetually loses connection quits working

    I have 2 for my business. They both perpetually lose contact and will quit working. Like everyday. It is not the batteries. The dongle is withing 3 feet of both keyboards. It is annoying and I am resentful that I paid this much for these that are untrustworthy in a business that needs them to do business

      Hi Dustin. I'm sorry you experienced difficulties with the connection of the MK850 to your computer. The unifying receiver works up to 33 feet away, but if there are a lot of other devices in the general area it can cause some delays. The Bluetooth connection has similar responses when a lot of devices are in the area causing interference.     Have only used a handful of times and mouse wheel is already broken. And outside of return window. Don’t waste your money

    I am highly disappointed in this product. Bought it for my home office. Had it set up and connected to my work laptop and it seemed to work ok. Company upgraded my work laptop and gave me a new one and I was never able to connect either the wireless mouse or keyboard to the new work laptop or my personal laptop.

    Poor bluetooth connectivity

    I purchased this due to the bluetooth capabilities. The keyboard looses bluetooth connectivity, supposedly as a "sleep" mode and takes forever for it to reconnect. Would love to return but it's too late to do so. The mouse stays connected. No real solution from Logitech on the issue as well.

    Used this on a MacBook Pro with Windows partition... stopped working after a week of moderate use. Now only works on Mac side. Will be returning soon.

    Been a Logitech buyer/user for decades. This combination of K850keyboard/M720mouse is truly a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!! The Mouse pointer does not travel through different screens or for example the User wants to write an e-mail, the pointer is not visible in the window where you wrtite the e-mail. Makes it very difficult!!

    BlueTooth Function a No Go for Mac

    On the surface this seems like a great keyboard combo, but after trying all of the recommended trouble shooting that came with the product, I was still unable to get the BlueTooth function to connect with my 2017 iMac. If you have a Mac steer clear of this one.

    Mouse doesn’t work. When I went to BB to return I was informed I had just kissed the 15 day return policy. Leominster store manager said no return.
