Especially the top row around the "Y" and the "U". I did like the mouse but just couldn't deal with the keyboard so I returned this the very next day. The sales associate agreed that they felt terrible and opened two other boxes to see if it was a defect and they all felt the same way. I'd brought this for the office as I didn't want to spend the money for the MX Keys I have at home.

I was also looking for a combo that supports Bluetooth. I really like this. Fast switching between my PCs. It is also able drag and drop to another PC connected if you enable cloud feature.

Salesman didn't know product

I found it had to have the receiver plugged in for it to work. The salesman assured me since there was a Bluetooth symbol on the box, it was Bluetooth. It is a good keyboard, but I could have gotten the same for less money

I finally gave up after months of frustration and purchased this nice size Logitech. It probably has more capabilities than I need but have to tell you my blood pressure has gone down now that I can type on a normal size keyboard!!!! Lesson learned.

The multi device function is a life saver! I type on my laptop, iPad, and iPhone with these keyboard and mouse. One problem I have encountered is that sometimes the keyboard keeps bumping up the volume when I don’t even touch the key.

No frills, but it was the only one of 4 or 5 that I had to chose from that provided a caps lock indicator. The only negative thing I have come across is that the keyboard is smaller than others I have had. This does not detract from its efficiency, but your hands may feel a little cramped typing.
