WORST WIRELESS KEYBOARD AND MOUSE!!!

Posted .Hi Kevin, So sorry to hear about the issues you're having with lag with the MK850 Wireless Keyboard and Optical Mouse. This is most likely due to interference between the Unifying Receiver and the devices, assuming that you're connected via the USB Unifying Receiver. If you have the receiver plugged in the back of your desktop tower, that's not an optimal spot and will easily be interferred with. Move it to a front facing USB port if possible and if that isn't possible, use a USB extender cord. The great thing with this combo is that both the keyboard and mouse can be paired via Bluetooth. So-So Keyboard

Logitech = MK850 Wireless Keyboard and Mouse

The replacement stopped working 7 months later. Purchased again in 11/23, the mouse stopped working and best buy refused to give me a refund.

Posted .Hello, Very sorry to hear about the issues you're having with the switching between computers while using your MK850. Here are a couple of steps you can follow to solve the issue:
1. Check that both systems are connected to the internet:
On each computer, open a web browser and check the internet connection by navigating to a webpage.
2. Check both computers connected to the same network:
Open a CMD prompt/Terminal: Press Win+R to open Run.
Type cmd and click OK.
In the CMD prompt type: ipconfig /all
Check and note the IP address and Subnet mask. Make sure that both systems are in the same Subnet.
3. Ping the systems by IP address and make sure that ping works:

I have attached a link to the "Getting Started" support page for your reference. If you have not already done so, please download the Logitech "Options" software for customization and best experience. This combo can connect via Bluetooth or USB. If using the USB connection, I recommend running the "Firmware Update Tool" to ensure your Unifying receiver has the latest Firmware updates. Also please check your computer for system and driver updates. If you are still experiencing issues, please reestablish the connection. Good Keyboard Combo

Posted .That's unfortunate! Make sure the Logitech device and computer are close to each other and try to stay away from metal and other wireless signal sources. Also, make sure your operating system (OS) is up to date. If the issue persists, contact Logitech support for further assistance in this case.

Too sensitive.

Nice alternative to Apple keyboard and mouse
