I bought the Logitech MK850 unit because it looked similar to the unit I was replacing. I couldn't get the keys to modify to match the old unit so I called the Geek Squad. The man who came out said this unit not that I should have purchased. He did a good job of setting up the "F" keys but it is the wrong unit for my system. However, he didn't think I could bring it back and exchange for the unit that I should have. I feel the service in the store was less than satisfactory.

Once I start typing or moving the mouse, it takes at least 2 seconds to begin. The mouse wheel also has a mind of its own. I'm returning today and will probably get a wired connection because this is awful.
