You have to really stab the M key to get it to type. Mouse action is very nice, but scroll wheel has very inconsistent response. The side scroll function is a nice addition, but will require some retraining to take advantage of.

I find my self going back a lot to add a space because I didnt apply enough pressure to the keyboard. I like the layout, functionality and design, but would not recommend due to the force you must apply while typing.

I purchased it through Logitech and it is great ergonomically but what good is a keyboard that is ergonomically great, if it disconnects and it unreliable. It also has a delay when typing. VERY FRUSTRATING. I purchased for the wonderful features but they are useless. They either disconnect or don't connect at all.

Buy lots of batteries.

You will be in the battery business if you buy this product. The batteries themselves only last about 1 week, if you forget to turn the keyboard and mouse off. Performance with standard Bluetooth is very poor. The keyboard will frequently unpair from the computer. Switching to the wireless mode is only slightly better. The keyboard constantly loses connectivity with the computer. I have owned Logitech products since the 80's and have now switched back to an old USB wired mouse and keyboard.

For some reason, my laptop will not recognize the USB for the keyboard. (it has been a long enough period of time, and it should have recognize it by now. When I first connected, it worked wonderfully. It may be my desktop computer that is causing the issue. I am still trying to track down what is going down.

I have attached a link to the "Getting Started" guide for your MK850 combo. This keyboard and mouse can connect to up to 3 devices via USB or Bluetooth. Please check that the assigned input device is selected. The Unifying Software can be used to reestablish a connection. I was mistaken. Right from the start I had connection issues. Did updates etc. and got it connected but it kept losing connection and then reconnecting. Obviously that is not good. Returned.
