Logitech = MK850 Wireless Keyboard and Mouse

The replacement stopped working 7 months later. Purchased again in 11/23, the mouse stopped working and best buy refused to give me a refund.

expensive rubbish - as it's $80 going in the trash

Thank you for choosing Logitech and for taking the time to review the Logitech MK850 mouse and keyboard combo. I am sorry that you have experienced issues with your combo, I would like to help. I have attached a link to the "Getting Started" support page for your reference. If you have not already done so, please download the Logitech "Options" software for customization and best experience. This combo can connect via Bluetooth or USB. If using the USB connection, I recommend running the "Firmware Update Tool" to ensure your Unifying receiver has the latest Firmware updates. Also please check your computer for system and driver updates. If you are still experiencing issues, please reestablish the connection. For further assistance, please visit the Logitech support website.

Posted .That's unfortunate! Make sure the Logitech device and computer are close to each other and try to stay away from metal and other wireless signal sources. Also, make sure your operating system (OS) is up to date. If the issue persists, contact Logitech support for further assistance in this case.

Nice alternative to Apple keyboard and mouse

Posted .Hi Dustin. I'm sorry you experienced difficulties with the connection of the MK850 to your computer. The unifying receiver works up to 33 feet away, but if there are a lot of other devices in the general area it can cause some delays. The Bluetooth connection has similar responses when a lot of devices are in the area causing interference. You can always visit us at support.logi.com to see if there are other solutions listed for your products. Thanks for being a loyal Logitech customer.

Perpetually loses connection quits working

They both perpetually lose contact and will quit working. Like everyday. It is not the batteries. The dongle is withing 3 feet of both keyboards. It is annoying and I am resentful that I paid this much for these that are untrustworthy in a business that needs them to do business

It done broke
