    Less than 3 months old and the keyboard has already died! The Microsoft I replaced was over 10 years old. very disappointed in the quality

    The mouse scroll broke after 3 weeks of use. It started moving automatically.

    Keypad shut down and never tun on after 1 week of use. Changing batteries did not help as well. This was the second purchase, but ended up with a crap item. Mouse function at 90%.

    It crashed my computer with Windows 10 so many times the drivers never worked, downloaded the drivers from Logitech they never worked finally it just got to the point where I had to go get an older style keyboard and mouse

    Many of the keys are really hard to press and make lot of noise (specially space bar is really hard, which is used most). I was expecting really smooth keys and no noise at all for such a premium price.

      Hi Amit, sorry to see you were unsatisfied with the MK850 Combo. You do have many choices from Logitech that can fit your needs better such as the MX Keys! You also have a 1 year limited warranty with the purchase of the product that can be claimed for a replacement.     Rubber feet fell of and got lost. Keyboard now slides around desk. Logitech want you to go through hoops to replace.

      I am sorry about your bad experience with your Logitech keyboard, and I assure you that this is not a common thing to happen. I suspect that the glue that keeps the rubber base attached to the keyboard became loose due to temperature changes during shipping or storage. For the same reason, Logitech offers a 1-Year Limited Hardware Warranty for your keyboard. Getting a replacement should not be complicated if you go through the proper channels.     It seems to go to sleep and then leaves off the first letter/character when I start typing. Extremely annoying.

    There was instructions for installation on the lid of the keyboard box, which was incomplete. I could never get my wireless keyboard or mouse to connect to my computer.

    Not that great . The keyboard is giving all sorts of issues especially after the returnable window. The menu keys are getting enabled every time when you type something.

    I had a little trouble setting it up, but once I read the directions, it was a breeze. My only problem is that the thumb control on the left side is too sensitive.

    Keyboard has a super sleek design. I wish I could say the same for the mouse. Both seem to take awhile to connect to different devices.

    Set up was horrible and the toggling between devices functionality is incredibly clunky. If you are looking for functionality across multiple devices don’t count on it.
