Great bluetooth keyboard and mouse

I have to press the "a" button 3 times before it works and it goes through batteries so quick...like once a week quick. This is not at all what I expect from Logitech

Super nice keyboard and mouse

My only regret is that sometimes there's a delay between the keyboard and the laptop and although I'm typing I can't see the text appear for sometime. LMK if you have any recommendations to solve this.

Logitech, however, has only made it okay way to the finish line here. Using the buttons on three keyboard to change systems, the mouse does not also change. Likewise when changing the mouse. Their answer is to use their flow program, but that does not work if one system is on a VPN, as many work systems are.
