Gift for my son but it is working out very well. He uses it for gaming on a larger screen through his laptop and the connections work wonderfully.

This model happened to be the ONLY compatible keyboard with a Smart TV on Best Buy's site. Well, the mouse worked with my laptop, but I was unsuccessful on pairing the keyboard with my Samsung Smart TV. Therefore, the items have been returned ;-(

Running seamlessly between 2 computers. Works great. A little glitchy as expected but functions well. Who knew you could use the same keyboard as well as copy and paste between t different compters.

This is by far the best mouse and keyboard I have owned! The mouse and keyboard are solid and the functionality is so smooth! I would highly recommend! The bluetooth functionality works great! Can't beat the price either as it was half off when paired with my new Mac Mini!

This is a dreadful replacement for the K780.

Terrible "upgrade" from the wonderful K780 keyboard. There is nothing "better" about it, and much that is far, far worse. After years, my old K780 is wearing out. This was the ONLY replacement Logitech sells that can talk to 3 devices at the push of a button. These items are where the k780 shines and this fails: It takes up twice the real estate on my desk. It lacks the slot that holds a table or phone if you're using it for that. The keys feel like mush, not positive. The funny angle and the wrist pad hurt my hands. The keys are all in horrible locations. I am constantly hitting all the wrong keys, making unnecessary typos. Familiar key combinations don't work. Setup took far too long (I just got a NOS K780 from A*@**n it it was hooked to all 3 devices in minutes). It is not portable, being being 2" wider, 2" longer, and much, much thicker than the K780. Also, unrelated to the keyboard, Logitech has move the control of the connections from a local app, to a website raising SERIOUS privacy concerns. This also seems to have broken the ability to use "FLOW" between a Win 10 and a Win 7 machine. (Older PCs frequently do very well as single-function machines, like monitoring security systems). Since the return window is open it is going back. The only positive is the bundled mouse, the M720, is exactly the same one I've used for a few years--it works fine (I'm right-handed so the angles are OK for me).

This is the second purchase of this keyboard. The first one is still working, but I needed a second one for home. Definitely helps minimize hand strain. Would recommend for users with challenges with tendonitis or other issues that cause sore hands.

The only drawback I have found is that the side of the mouse is also a hidden button and is easy to press inadvertantly. Other than that it is a good product and being able to use it bluetooth on up to three devices is a good feature.

i love being able to swap between my laptop and my iPad by pressing a button on the keyboard. The mouse and keyboard are very smooth and responsive, and swapping between devices is very quick. Only complaint is that the wrist rest is made of some type of rubber that traps dirt very easily

I bought this just as the quarantine was hitting us here in NY. Ordered it on-line and drove to the store where it was brought to me while I waited outside. I, therefore, didn't get to feel it beforehand. I bought this to replace an aging Logitech Wave keyboard. From the picture, I thought the keys were all in the same plane, however there is a slight arch to their array. I find this irritating. I also don't like the feel of the keys, but of course, that is a very personal thing. I put it aside and went back to the wave. With the quarantine, I don't see how I could return this so I'll probably sell this on Ebay once the pandemic passes and start my search for a new keyboard again.

    Keyboard hibernates way too quickly

I have no qualms about the comfort of the devices. My issue is that the keyboard will go into hibernation mode literally a minute or two after not being used, after which point it takes ~ 3 seconds for it to "wake" back up, resulting in missed keystrokes. I've only had this for a few days and find it absolutely infuriating. I've tried the few solutions offered online (power management - not allowing bluetooth to turn device off) and even Logitech's suggestion on one of the reviews here (to use their Logitech options program to control this setting, but this is not something you can control from there...). If you're a more patient person than I am, this could be for you, but if this will bother you, stay away! For what it's worth, neither me nor my husband could get this to connect via the Unifying receiver, either. It would only connect via Bluetooth.

Hi Matt, Very sorry to hear about the issues you're experiencing with the MK850. It sounds like you have a poor connection which could be due to interference from other electronic devices around and/or using your keyboard on metal surfaces. If you've had trouble using the Unifying receiver, make sure that you're using a USB port on the device---not a docking station or USB hub and not a USB 3.0 port. I hope that this helped and that all is going well. Thank you for choosing Logitech. - Richard from Logitech

I wanted bought it because you can toggle between pc’s. Not a fan of the curved keyboard layout. Wish when I switched computers on the keyboard it switched the connection for the keyboard at the same time and vise versa.
