MK850 Logitech keyboard and mouse

Posted .Hello, Very sorry to hear about your disapointment with the MK850, especially with the mouse and the scrolling issues you're experiencing. In regards to not having a Windows button or a screen print button, you can customize all your favorite actions using Logitech's Options software. Here's a link to the download: https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360024690734--Downloads-MK850-Performance-Wireless-Keyboard-and-Mouse-Combo. Options also may help with the mouse and update the firmware if necessary. If that doesn't help, then fortunately there's a 1 year limited hardware warranty with this combo. Optical mouse is a problem

While the keyboard works reasonably well, the mouse has not been a winner for me. It has not been connecting consistently. I continue to use my Apple Magic Mouse instead.

Eh ! Not worth $80

it works, mostly...

BUT if you are buying this keyboard and expect customization you will be left wanting. if you want to use the f keys for crtl / alt functions or any other functions then the 6 or so you can customize it wont work. so the keyboard is not compatible with any use like command line interfaces, text editors, or linux, the oversimplified software makes it worse . the sound managements function keys stick as well so at random intervals you will have no sound or ear shattering maxed out speakers, which is only fixed by plugging and unplugging the usb reciever. the sound issue may be isolated to my own purchase but who knows. logictech, one of my favorite affordable companies may have dropped the ball on this one.
