Bluetooth connection seems to be glitchy and can be annoying, also personally I don't like the style of keyboard (rounded top)

The unit quit working after two days, B B did replace it no problem, I am not that technical, it was difficult for me to use..

The shape of it doesn't feel ergonomic to me, its just awkward. For gaming, it is quite laggy. If you are just a normal user, this will be fine for you.

Problems from the get go with dropped connections, lagging, and freezing in both the keyboard and the mouse. The problems get worse over time until the set becomes completely unusable - of course just outside the warranty or return period. Tried all the online suggestions to fix the problems, to no avail. Just a waste of time. Stunning that a legacy company like Logitech still can't figure out how to make a wireless mouse and keyboard that actually works as advertised. I don't know why I keep giving them more chances. Going to use a wired setup from here on.

Works well, but you have to slam the spacebar. Connection can be slow more often than not. Spend the extra money and get the next line up.

The set felt cheap and felt very plasticky. I ended up returning the product.

Key press is too soft for my taste. Ended up returning it and bought a Logitech MX Keys instead.

Completely stopped connecting after three months of use.

Set pictures were easy and quick. However, there were no written instructions. I have a MAC and have used the MK700/MK710 very successfully for over 12 years. The old keyboard had separate audio keys for mute, decrease and increase. The new keys F8-10 do not work unless you simultaneously press Fn. I had several contacts with the support desk. I was sent a lot useless and irrelevant downloads. Their downloads did not mention the need to use Fn to activate the audio keys. None of my phone calls mentioned the need to use Fn. I noticed on one unrelated download a mention of using Fn to activate other F keys. No mention of using with the audio keys. On a hunch, I tried using Fn. Finally the audio keys responded - no thanks to tech support. I requested and have not yet received a keyboard map with the full description of what specialty key do. Also, I have no info on the mouse. How much does it cost to include pertinent instruction in the packaging??? Very frustrating startup.

I purchased it since it had a resting place for the wrist, but It’s a little uncomfortable.

Keyboard likes to go into sleep mode so you will have to double tap the first letter to wake it up. Otherwise it does what I need it to do

I had trouble with the keyboard so I will have to return it. The mouse works, but not the keyboard. The keyboard won't connect, so I have to go back to using my old keyboard which I didn't want to do because the keys are not spring-loaded. I am using my old keyboard now. I don't think it's my computer, but the new keyboard.

Bought as a gift and they had no complaints they seem to love this keyboard.

They work as expected but the keyboard is shaped funny and takes up too much of my desk space.

This keyboard doesn’t connect in real-time to devices. There is a delay in its use, and it takes a while at start for connection. It was also a little cumbersome to connect based on picture illustrations in the box.

Easily switches between PC, cell phone and tablet. Long battery life.

couldnt get use to the keyboard due to the flat feel and the lack of a gap between caps lock and the A button.
