There is a delay in its use, and it takes a while at start for connection. It was also a little cumbersome to connect based on picture illustrations in the box.

I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with your MK850. The MK850 is a personal productivity mouse and keyboard-equipped with Bluetooth compatibility and a wireless adapter. Although these connections are great for productivity, they may not be ideal for other activities such as gaming that will demand a faster connection to obtain a competitive advantage. Whether gaming, I recommend you try Logitech G products with Lightspeed connection for the fastest wireless keyboard and mouse response. Also, traditional wired mice and keyboards will provide you with the quickest input response without the need to purchase a specialized device.

They have excellent customer service and has always had what I was looking for in stock and at reasonable prices.

Space Bar Issues

I do not allow any food or drinks on my desk area, so not sure why in less than a year I have this kind of issues.

Both come with batteries, which also was a great plus. Since install, both the mouse and keyboard have performed flawlessly.

Spacebar key doesn't work well

Very disappointing. With COVID-19 a straight exchange is not possible. Been trying to return on line and there are issues with that as well. Item is not in store so I need to re-order.

Nice mouse; Keyboard dysfunctional

Sensitivity of scroll wheel might be too much for some. Keyboard was meh. Used for a few days and then it stopped working on any computer with fresh battery change.

Does not play nice with Windows 10 Pro

My computer is less than a year old so it was not the hardware. I tried the usb dongle as well and did not work. I returned this item.

Stellar mouse. Dumb keyboard.

Too many keys are jammed to the left of the spacebar, so I can not accurately hit the Ctrl-C and Ctrl-V combination with my left hand, thus messing up my productivity and making the keyboard pretty useless to me. I'm also not a fan of how the keyboard raises up in the center, forcing me to be poised above the keyboard for proper use. So I'm return this combo and separately getting the mouse (M720 Triathlon) and a different keyboard.
