I have attached a link to the "Getting Started" support page for your reference. If you have not already done so, please download the Logitech "Options" software for customization and best experience. This combo can connect via Bluetooth or USB. If using the USB connection, I recommend running the "Firmware Update Tool" to ensure your Unifying receiver has the latest Firmware updates. Also please check your computer for system and driver updates. If you are still experiencing issues, please reestablish the connection. They both perpetually lose contact and will quit working. Like everyday. It is not the batteries. The dongle is withing 3 feet of both keyboards. It is annoying and I am resentful that I paid this much for these that are untrustworthy in a business that needs them to do business

Nice alternative to Apple keyboard and mouse

Posted .Hi Dustin. I'm sorry you experienced difficulties with the connection of the MK850 to your computer. The unifying receiver works up to 33 feet away, but if there are a lot of other devices in the general area it can cause some delays. The Bluetooth connection has similar responses when a lot of devices are in the area causing interference. Disappointed

Bought it for my home office. Had it set up and connected to my work laptop and it seemed to work ok. Company upgraded my work laptop and gave me a new one and I was never able to connect either the wireless mouse or keyboard to the new work laptop or my personal laptop.
