Not Worth it

Changing batteries did not help as well. This was the second purchase, but ended up with a crap item. Mouse function at 90%.

90 days and is defective

Best Buy’s says it is no longer returnable after two weeks. $110 key boards that last less than 90 days is a rip off. Stay away from these!

Not smooth, didn't worth the price.

I was expecting really smooth keys and no noise at all for such a premium price.

You also have a 1 year limited warranty with the purchase of the product that can be claimed for a replacement. I am sorry about your bad experience with your Logitech keyboard, and I assure you that this is not a common thing to happen. I suspect that the glue that keeps the rubber base attached to the keyboard became loose due to temperature changes during shipping or storage. For the same reason, Logitech offers a 1-Year Limited Hardware Warranty for your keyboard. Getting a replacement should not be complicated if you go through the proper channels. Instructions not complete for installation

Adding issues to your flow

Logitec Keyboard

Doesn’t work

Bad Wireless Range

Piece of crap
