    Mouse doesn’t work. When I went to BB to return I was informed I had just kissed the 15 day return policy. Leominster store manager said no return.

    stopped working 4 weeks after I bought it. Its a great keyboard very responsive, however, the buttons to switch between devices only blinks for number 1 and won't allow me to switch between other bluetooth connections.

    I purchased two of these within one week and neither one of them worked as described. Returned the products to the store and purchased wired devices and a switch box to accomplish my desired outcome of having 2 laptops share the same keyboard and mouse.

      Hi, thank you for sharing your experience with the MK850. I'm sorry that you were unable to set the mouse and keyboard up in a way that worked for your situation. The mouse and keyboard come with 1 Unifying Receiver pre programmed to "bank 1" In order to use "bank 2 and 3" you would need to connect via Bluetooth on both the mouse and keyboard to your other laptop. If you had an additional Unifying Receiver you could program the mouse and keyboard to that using Logitech Unifying Software. Once the Mouse and Keyboard are programmed properly you can switch the devices to the other laptop/computer by pressing "bank 2" on both devices. I'm sorry that you were not able to set them up as desired. I'm glad that you were able to purchase a switch box allowing you to use your devices on both laptops.       That's unfortunate! Refer the mentioned steps and check if that helps to resolve the issue: 1. Verify the product or receiver is connected directly to the computer and not to a hub, extender, switch or something similar. 2. Move the device closer to the USB receiver. If your receiver is in the back of your computer, it may help to relocate the receiver to a front port. In some cases the receiver signal gets blocked by the computer case, causing a delay. 3. Keep other electrical wireless devices away from the USB receiver to avoid interference. 4. Try on a different computer. Incase if the issue still persists, reach out to Logitech Support Team.

    The mouse will not work on a normal desk suface. You have to a mouse pad with it and not a fan of that style of mouse.

    I’ve never seen a more complicated keyboard and mouse setup! No instructions, just pictures. Worked on trying to set this up for three days and finally gave up. I returned it for a refund.

      Hi Pcentral. I'm sorry that you were unable to connect the keyboard. The MK850 comes with a Unifying adapter that you could have plugged into a computer or laptop. If you were trying to use the Bluetooth connection on the keyboard you would need to press and old the 1-2-3 buttons until the light starts flashing fast. This indicates that keyboard is in pairing mode and you would be able to find it in the settings on your device to connect via Bluetooth.     The mouse works off and on. Even after replacing the battery it still isn't working properly. Had to switch out the mouse for another mouse. Really annoying.

    I purchased on 1/4/20 and on 3/30/20 the 0 (zero) key on the ten key numbers no longer works. Best Buy’s says it is no longer returnable after two weeks. $110 key boards that last less than 90 days is a rip off. Stay away from these!
