It was super easy to set up and offered a much needed upgrade to my computer system. The keys are very agile and the curvature design offers some nice ergonomic features. The mouse has new features that my old mouse didn't have and when you get used to them you'll appreciate them.

Battery life was horrible, dropped connection, etc... I was a skeptic, but needed something quick. Totally impressed! Battery life is amazing - I don't even turn off the mouse at the end of the day. Synching up with 3 different computers is easy and works great. A couple of keystrokes and I'm on the other computer. Very happy customer!

The connections works well and I can quickly switch between computers when I am working. Only thing I would change would be using the three buttons on the side to control which device you are connected. Currently the last button controls that function and you have to click it a few times to get to the device you want to use whereas the keyboard allows you to click the 1, 2, or 3 button

Like the sloped area to rest the heels of your hand while typing. Moving cursor between two screens doesn't function occasionally, but my be me overlooking something. Haven't figured how to screen shot yet since no Windows logo button. Hope there is a way. I have no problem with the keys that others mentioned.

I love how I can connect to my work laptop, personal laptop and iPad with just a touch of a button on the keyboard and mouse. No dongle needed, but appreciate the one provided for just in case moment. Some Surface Pros had a hard time recognizing the bluetooth, but when we plugged in the dongle, keyboard and mouse worked fine. Everyone in my office wanted one.

It has just the right amount of ergonomic features without affecting your typing speed. For a membrane keyboard it definitely feel responsive. The mouse tracks well but won't work well on glass, so you will definitely need a mouse pad for this if you plan to run it on a glass surface.

She says that the keyboard itself is ergonomic and comfortable, and not too bulky. She loves the wireless feature of both keyboard and mouse, but the mouse seems a little too sensitive...takes some getting used to. Overall she gives it a 4.5 and will recommend it.
