Get what you pay for

Posted .Hello Bob, I am so sorry to hear about your connectivity issues with the M310 mouse. It's always recommended to be within 10 ft of the USB dongle and the mouse itself. Also, air interference could be an issue. Lastly, always reach out to us at our Logitech support website so we can help out. Sometimes its just a funky mouse that doesn't work. The M310 mouse comes with a 3-year Limited hardware warranty. Hope you're having a great day, we greatly appreciate the honest feedback.

horrible if the mouse is on top of desk and tower
