Works as advertised
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I needed a wireless mouse for an old Windows XP based Toshiba laptop and a 2014 MacPro. The touch pads are OK, but sometimes I prefer a mouse. The Apple Magic Mouse at $70+ is a bit much and would only work on the Mac . The Logitech M310 for $15 works with both laptops just by moving the "nano receiver" to a USB port on the laptop. Yes, the Apple Mouse does perform a few more functions.

Worked perfectly in Windows but has some minor issues in Linux, once in A while when it comes out of sleep, the mouse isn't recognized. This is a driver issue and I haven't had a chance to research it. I would still highly recommend this mouse!!

Great mouse-easy set up

I decided to stop at Best Buy and purchase this mouse as I didn't want to spend a lot of money. They didn't have one on display so i couldn't tell how it would feel in my hand. It's a bit smaller than I'd like. I tend to click both buttons at the same time. Not sure if that's because of the design. Works better than the track pad on my laptop though. That's the reason I went with an external mouse. Like that it has a on-off switch on the bottom so it doesn't drain the battery. Nice feature to have.
