    Stopped working June 17 2020..Bought4/2020

    I purchased this mouse April, 2020 for my new laptap also purchased from Best Buy and it stopped working June/2020 about 2 weeks after the no returnable date. So I guess I'll be going over to somewhere else to buy a new wireless mouse.

    No USB for mouse- NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS

    Can’t even use the product. Was shipped to me with no usb connector I have sent emails with zero response.

      Hello, JenniferB! I'm sorry to hear about your experience with the MX Anywhere 2S. If you haven't thrown away the box, I would start by double checking it. Sometimes the USB receiver will get loose in the box and make its way to the bottom. If you have already double checked, the MX Anywhere 3S is also Bluetooth so you don't necessarily need the receiver. You will want to push and hold the button on the bottom of the mouse until the number 1 starts flashing rapidly. Then go into your device's Bluetooth settings and click on MX Anywhere 2S. This should pair the mouse to your device and you should be able to use the mouse without the USB receiver. Otherwise, reach out to our support team here https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000621393 to chat with a support representative or, if you're within Best Buy's return policy, exchange the product and double check the box before you leave.     I ordered this to go with my HP Envy 360x purchase, thinking it would be a solid buy. However it was consistently glitchy. Anytime I'd start using it, the pointer would jump around for the first 30 seconds of so, never offering smooth tracking. Anytime there was a pause in my using the mouse (such as if I was typing or reading), the next time I'd use it, the same thing would happen. I gave it some time to see if it would get better or if I'd get used to it...but then I decided I'd had enough. I returned this and went with the Logitech M705, which is the model we use at work and has never disappointed me in 7+ years. I now have it (M705) set up with my HP Envy and it performs flawlessly, just as my work mouse does. (Sweet relief, because eventually I was going to probably throw this one off a cliff for how annoying it was.) Save your money...

      I am sorry that the MX Anywhere 2S did not work as expected. This issue sounds like an outdated driver or low battery, however, it could be a number of things. The M705 is a great mouse, and I am glad to hear that you are satisfied with it so far. For future reference, I recommend you try the MX Anywhere 3 or the MX Master 3S.     This thing is JUNK! The quality is ridiculous, the cost is too high, and it’s more like a psychological experiment to see if you’ll end up throwing it than it is a navigation tool. Absolute garbage!

    A couple of reasons. It is rechargeable, but did not hold a charge Very long. For us, maybe 20 minutes. Also did not like that it required a usb receptor to be plugged into the computer We return item

    The mouse is very compact and a nice companion for the surface. Unfortunately the blue tooth function did not work properly when I made the presentation I purchased it for. Not as easy to communicate with the surface pro as I needed at that moment.

    Seems like an odd choice not to include the standard middle click. You can assign it to the tiny button, but then it becomes hard to reach under normal use

    I love that this doesn't need a mouse pad, but the wheel itself is rigid, I find my finger gets sore after using this for awhile. Not great for the price.

    ive had this series mouse for some years ,i wish the old one was still available ,good feel but the sensor is not good mouse pointer jumps all over the screen ,i brought back new one did the same thing

    Very reactive to any movement or motions, but the cursor wheel moves very quickly and has no built in stop to slow it. Frustrating when scrolling through long pages of content or when used in a game to swap items.
